Sweet and healthy!

Today will be a post about food and sweet :)

As already mentioned, I try to stick to a healthy lifestyle. But also I veeeeEEEEeery like everyhing what is sweet )) Well, very very like! Day is lived in vain if I don't eat something sweet))) But my waist in the mirror looks at all this very dissaprovengly) That's why I prefer to cook desserts by myself. 


Today I will tell you about some simple and essential for the sweet tooths products and then I'll give some recipes :)


The best sweetener is Stevia. Who hears this designation for the first time, it's better to google about it. I'll tell short - this is a usual herb, but it is sweet. People learned how to make from it a usual white powder, by the taste it remindes sugar, but stevia is sweeter. And now attention-  stevia has NO calories, NO carbohydrates, NO glycemic index and does NOT raise blood sugar. Do you see the opportunities of using it?? ) Personally I believe that stevia is a great future, I'm sure it will substitute sugar.

I have tried this



NuNaturals, NuStevia, White Stevia Powder, 100 Packets, 3.5 oz (100 g)





This stevia is in single packeges. To be honest, I didn't like it, because tea and coffee I drink is not sweet always (I don't like sweet tea, for example), and a time to break the 6 packages for dessert is uncomfortable. But the taste is good.Next: a cocoa extract on alcohol (bugaga) and Stevia






This is a sweet alcohol with chocolate flavor. It didn't impressed me, because it is not too sweet, and I  need to pour a lot, and then the alcohol is felt. But it is ok to use when you cook candies. In this case such extract is useful)Next Stevia is my favorite at the moment







Just a white powder in a jar. I think it is sweeter than the number 1. When I cook I use every time just a teaspoon of it or even less, it is very economical rate. All baked goods are very sweet.

jar here is much smaller than number 3, but stevia is sweeter. I'm not very comfortable to use it. Although better than the packeges (from №1).Now we are moving to the next my "mate" :)



Now Foods, Healthy Foods, Almond Flour, 10 oz (284 g)




In fact, it is not a float, but just a very finely milled almonds. But as for my country (Belarus) to buy 300 grams for $ 5  Is very profitable. Because the usual almonds costs twice as expensive, and in addition youl need to grind them.
This flour is simply irreplaceable, and I have spent it all the time. It's my third pack) I really love to bake cakes out of it, such fragrant obtained and not terrible for stature ))

Meyenberg Goat Milk, Non Fat Powdered Goat Milk, 12 oz (340 g)




Cow's milk and cow products contain lactose, which is also a sugar and raise insulin levels, that's why it is not recomended to people who try Montignac diat (as me) to eat in a day more than 150 grams of milk. But the goat's milk is ok, you can eat it as much as you want. tha'ts why I tnink that this product is also very versatile.

Who saw the usual powdered milk and diluted it with water - it looks exactly the same. I don't like to drink milk (cow's, goat's etc), and I can tell nothing about the taste However, in cocktails and in baking it creamy delicate taste.Well, for those who could read through to the end, as a reward I'll post a pair of recipes)

Almond cakes without flour





Ingredients:


6 egg whites

90 g almond flour
dessert spoon stevia number 3
vanillin

Recipe: accurately separate the egg white from the yolks and beat in foam)) Foam must be thick: if you turn a bowl top-down, foam don't falls out. Than add stevia and vanilla, beat just a little bit and or mix with a spoon. Add the almond flour and mix again. Thats all))) Pour into molds and put in preheated oven.I got out of this dough nine cupcakes. Bake until done - cakes must become golden in color . It is nessasary to give give a cool (otherwise it will taste of eggs) and eat))))Calorie Calculator:


total calories - 664, protein - 95 Fat - 45 carbs - 11 (in the form of fiber from the nuts)

One cupcake:protein - 10.5Fat - 5carbohydrates - 1.2kcal - 74And for those who do not want such cripsy, but more delicate, I suggest a recipe with milk) (I'll add photo later)

I call it Muffins without flour 

Ingredients:


6 egg whites

90 g almond flour
50 ml of diluted goat's milk
Tablespoon of Cocoa
dessert spoon stevia number 3
vanillin

The trick is that cocoa acts as a flour and glued together with milk) Muffins obtained gentle, mild.
